12”x24” rectangular tile is what everyone wants these days. They are famous for being warped, which makes an offset pattern extremely difficult. Extremely clean to start and a perfectly flat floor with the help of the Lev-Tech leveling system.
We ground glue off of this floor and there is a blog post with more information. Hundreds of pieces all back buttered and installed by hand.
This floor was in Cumming, GA over the winter as well. This is 6" X24" wood plank porcelain tile. We get asked if this flooring is a fad and we always say 'no' because the product looks like real wood but it has the maintenance free characteristics of tile. This is a Life-Proof floor!
Custom floor finished in Marietta 8/24/16. This was a ton of work for the size of the thing. We had over 20 hours into this and six different trips. Every part gets drying time before moving to the next part.
We strive for a floor that is smooth to the touch so when you stand on it the perfection is optimized.
Will the competition back butter their tiles and take every step necessary to ensure a life time, quality flooring installation?
