When you fill out our Proposal Request Form, Here’s what to expect: We will analyze the information you provide us and get back to you by phone or e-mail within 24hrs. We’ll have a conversation and determine your needs and have a conversation to break the ice. Please gives us a few minutes of your time to chat. For most bathrooms, we will be spending 2-4 weeks inside your home, so compatibility is key.

Our main goal is to get you the the longest lasting, most functional finished product for your money. We have an effective system in place to ensure you get a high end finished project and we are usually scheduled out 90 days. We are a two man operation, Jason and I personally do the work and we do not use crews.. We do one job at a time...every job gets our full attention.  

When our initial conversation is hopeful, we will set up a meeting with you. We usually like to meet 9am weekdays. We encourage you to think about what kind of tile you want to use and also what design features you imagine having. (soap niche, corner bench, hard surfaces, etc.) This part can be overwhelming because of the many choices available but we can help guide you in the right direction, Mainly by having you visit Cindy, at Tilehouse of Marietta. They offer design consultations and we work directly with them in order to ensure the acquisition of high end tile.

Jason has been working in Georgia for over 20 years and he is a four year trade school graduate. Ben and Jason have been working together for over a decade. For you, this means capable hands working on your home. Our work has been performed for some of the best people in the Atlanta area. We build to last.  

Our bids are e-mailed to you within a week and they are as exact as humanly possible. If we expect surprises we discuss them with you openly upon meeting you and you will get an allowance. We will not add hidden fees. All material is top quality...Schluter systems installation, Ardex thin set, single component grout, silicone caulking--- all installed to TCNA manual specifications. We are licensed and insured. Our limited subs (plumber, glass, electrician) are licensed and insured as well. We are members of the Tile Council of North America which provides installation standardization and Jason and Ben are two of 2000 certified tile installers in the United States. When we say we “do it right” it’s not SUBJECTIVE or according to our opinion; we install the Handbook Method. Our credentials are aimed at building confidence and credibility.

Our bids are good for 30 days and in order to get on our schedule we will ask for a non-refundable $500 down payment. We work on a pay as we go basis. If there is a change order we will want it to be acknowledged and documented before we proceed.  

We prefer to handle all aspects of the tile install....from picking up your tile so we can ensure uniform dye lots to handling our own framing on any surface that will be getting tile. The smallest details ensure a great tile job. Our methodology and system is what you’ll be purchasing. If you are getting a granite curb, we want to install it. We prefer you use our glass people for a  shower door (Chattahoochee Glass Doors - Johns Creek) and it will be included in our bids. We know they are capable and will not puncture our waterproofing.
